Mosaic 101

Mosaic 101 is the first step of Growth Track! You’ll learn about who we are, where we’re headed, and how we live that out — our vision, strategy, and structure. Most importantly, you’ll discover how you can make a difference at Mosaic. Class takes place immediately after service, and lunch will be provided for both adults and children. Childcare provided.
Water Baptism

Baptism is a way to show on the outside what’s already happened on the inside — that we’ve chosen to follow Jesus. Getting baptized doesn’t save us, but it’s something we do to show our commitment and follow Jesus’ example. He was baptized, so we do it too, out of obedience and love for Him. When someone is baptized, they go under the water to represent Jesus’ death and burial, and then come back up to show that He rose again — and that we have new life in Him too.
