Leaders are the influencers, mentors, and encouragers that help the family of God stay focused on Jesus. They cast vision for the future, they are stewards of God’s message, and their goal is to equip people for ministry and serving others. Leaders help people go from “here” to “there” in their spiritual journey.

2 Timothy 1:6-7

This is why I remind you to fan into flames the spiritual gift God gave you when I laid my hands on you. For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.

• Pray for our leaders to be recharged, full of energy, and passionate for the work God has given them to do.

• Pray for fresh vision, direction, and anointing for our leaders.

• Pray for wisdom as they equip the church to minister to our community.

• Pray for growing believers to see themselves as leaders that can really make a difference.

• Pray for great leaders who have not yet leveraged their leadership gifts for God’s glory to begin to serve God in this way.
